With 25 years of experience in higher education, I have built and transformed programs, developed teams, collaborated with faculty and academic leaders, and created systems that support student and organizational success. As a strategic leader, educator, and scholar, I bring expertise in student success, organizational change, program development, and talent development. Across my work as an administrator, professor, researcher, and mentor, my focus remains consistent: building programs, relationships, and structures that help people succeed in higher education.

As a Clinical Associate Professor, I teach high-achieving students, conduct research, and contribute to curriculum, undergraduate research, experiential learning, and student success initiatives. My work bridges academic and administrative leadership, focusing on creating opportunities that prepare students for graduate study, professional careers, and leadership in higher education. This combination of teaching, research, and leadership strengthens my distinct approach. My research examines how social capital contributes to college student success and persistence, particularly among historically underserved students. My scholarship has also taken me to Italy, where I taught honors courses in 2018 and 2022 exploring social capital and social networks in higher education.

Beyond my professional endeavors, I cherish spending time with my daughter, exploring our city, and planning our next adventure.
